Trump to revert new immigration law
American president Donald Trump may have to take back his new proposal of bringing new law which will ban immigration from some Muslim countries. Just a quick reminder, Trump has promised in his election manifesto that he will ban Muslims from some specific countries to land in America. He received a major jolt when the court put an halt on this new law before its implementation. Court directed Trump government to reconsider its decision of bringing in such a discriminating law.
Trump government is now expected to change its policy to securing America from such threats. On 27 th of January , last month, a temporary ban was imposed on about 7 Muslim countries by Trump administration. After Federal Courts directions, Trump has decided not waste time in court procedures and instead of it, its better on work on alternative solutions for the problem.
The seven countries which were banned temporarily by USA included Iraq, Lybia, Suddan, Somalia, Syria, Yemen and Iran. These are the countries, which America or more specifically Trump administration fears the most. They feel that people of these countries are associated directly or indirectly with some terrorist organisation and many get involved into terrorist activities in America.
Trump was elected to power with clear majority , and have replaced Obama who worked for two consecutive terms. The major stress in the Trump Campaign was security of Americans and more jobs for them. To achieve the targets, Trump administration has promised in the election manifesto , that they will secure their country by banning Muslim from Muslim countries and second major promise was to throw out illegal immigrants and out sourcing of jobs. Trump administration has taken steps to identify and deport illegal immigrants and it may also work and effect technical people who working legally on H1B visa in USA.
Most of the people around the world feel this discriminating policy will go against the states only. Apart from Muslims it may effect other identical looking communities like Sikhs, as in Trumps campaign in the same elections, as Sikh man was depicted as Muslim.
