Changing rooms not safe for women

There have been reports of hidden camera’s in changing rooms around the world, but the fresh case is from Ludhiana’s, Ghumahar Mandi. As per the complainants , when a their girl entered the changing room , one of the employee of the showroom ,tried to make video of the girl. Culprit was caught on the spot by one of the relatives of the girl.

Incident took place in garment showroom , Roop Square , where sarbjit kaur along with her niece went for shopping. Sarabjit narrated the whole incident and told that on getting suspicious about the showroom employee , she caught her on the spot. She also complained that police showed no interest in registering case against he culprit.

Sarabjit also alleged that when she complained against the culprit employee, to the owner of the show room, he instead of taking action against his employee, starting shielding him. Shop owner even dared them to register complaint and openly challenged them that he will make sure , his employee is released from the police station at the earliest.

Sarabjit alleged that police is pressurizing them to compromise with the culprit party, instead of taking action against them. On the other hand ASI, Mulraj, told the media person that, they are ready to register case if the complainant party wants, but also informed that they have already reached compromise.

He also told that they have mobile with the video , and if girls family want to delete the video they can and if they like to keep the video to register case , they are ready for that also. He said the culprit employee and the owner have already apologized for the whole incident, and now both parties have amicably resolved the issue after compromising.
