Confession on live camera by Accused in Dalit murder case

Punjab police has finally arrested three of the six accused who mercilessly killed Dalit from Mansa. One of the main accused Balbir singh at whose house murder took place and dead body was recovered. Second person arrested by the police is Hardeep singh who is said to be relative of driver Nirajan singh of chief minister Punjab, sarder Parkash singh Badal. Third person arrested is Sadhu singh. Police assured that other three accused will soon be in the police net.

Balbir singh confessed on camera , told the whole story leading to murder of 20 year old dalit boy from the same village. Balbir told the reporter that they use to work together almost one and half year ago but they left the business. He told other that the other group moved on to drug business and started abusing and threatening them. There group was strong group of 25 people but on balbir’s side there were only 6 of them.

They were frequently threatened by the opponents and were forced to move in group just for security reasons. They attacked Balbir and his friend number of times in the past , but on the day of murder these 6 people were able to get hold of one them who was later murdered and his legs were chopped off.

Balbir told that on that day , all of the opponents were under the influence of chemical drugs like smake or something, though balbir himself had liquor that day he confessed but he said others were not only more in number but also having high end drug. He called up his other five friends when opponent gang attacked his house.

When asked if they killed the boy because he is from dalit family and accused are from Jatt sikh family, Balbir told that there is no such issue in there village and his house in proximity with dalit families only. He confessed murder and said what ever has happen , happened because of anger and feeling of revenge but now he feel like that they committed a mistake. They should have controlled there feelings, even if other party was using abusive language against his sister, mother and even wife.

Hardeep singh , other co-accused told that he was attacked twice by the opponent party and was continuously threatened by them of dire consequences. Hardeep singh told that they never took any help of Nirajan singh who is driver with chief minister. He told nothing was planned to murder, he was killed because he entered their house and was trapped and meet his destiny. He told that after killing him we ran away and stayed in tube well rooms and some other places.

Finally all three felt that they have done mistake and feel bad about it .
