Dalit Killed by liquor mafia in Mansa , Punjab.

In a on going tussle between two groups of liquor mafia, a youth from Mansa, lost his life. 20 years old youth Sukhchain singh , belongs to poor, dalit family. He was mercilessly killed and his legs were chopped off. The accused have taken one of his legs along with them.

Sukhchain’s family is demanding justice for them, and have warned that if the were not handed over leg taken away by the accused , they will not perform last rites of the murdered youth.

Sukhchain use to work for liquor mafia, but have left the business round four months back. Accused doubted that he might have become police informer , that is the reason , why they killed him.

Police have registered case against 6 suspected persons, as per the statement given by the father of the deceased, Resham singh. Resham singh told the reporters that they had some tussle in the past and that is the reason he was keeping eye on his son.

Narrating the whole episode he said, one Gursewak singh came with 2 other person in a car to take away his son near cremation ground, but all of sudden the other group started pelting bricks and stones on their car. Gursewak drive away with the car and 2 other boys but his son sukhchain was left behind and taken away by the rival gang.

After the family member started searching for their son, they found his chopped body, with one of the legs missing, which was reportedly taken away by the rival gang members.
