Empty chairs at War memorial ceremony Amritsar

Empty chairs are in trend these days, common man is not seem to be interested in listening to the politicians of Punjab. On the other hand politicians also finding difficult to pull in traffic to their programs and empty chairs are in trend.

Top most politicians were embarrassed by the empty seats and local leaders also find it really difficult to convince people to participate in these programs.

Most recently senior Badal, Sardar Parkash sing Badal was present in the inauguration ceremony of War memorial at Amritsar, where most of the chairs were unoccupied. Local leaders and workers were seen bringing in people to sit and try to fill the maximum of the empty chairs.

Actually huge arrangement were made to make sure people should not find any difficulty in participating in the ceremony. More than sufficient number of chairs were made available, but it seems like people are really bored by these kind of events. Early it was expected that chief minister may cancel his schedule for the program, but he did not disappoint at least those who were present there.

Actually this is not new for the Akali’s atleast Badals, on the 23rd of last month, Sukhbir singh Badal and food processing minister at center bibi Harsimarat kaur Badal were embarrassed in the same way by the empty chairs at a function at laddowal’s mega food park inauguration program.
