” Motor Mittran Di ” is PK in Punjabi
We all appreciated PK a great Hindi Movie , which directly challenged our social religious system, and have given new perception to our traditional myths and ideas. People appreciated PK movie in which leading role was played by great action Amir Khan, who was shown as an alien from other world.
Very few producers and directors experiment with such a sensitive issues , specially related to society and particularly to religion. India is a country of many religions, myths and cultures, so if any thing goes against one particular sect, that becomes a major issue. But to convey message, specially against , myths , one need to be extra conscious before experimenting anything.
Now this new Punjabi movie by Amitoj Maan, ”Motor Mittran Di”, is directly challenging Dera system , which is prevalent in Punjab and surrounding states of India. Amitoj Maan, said he is already getting threatening calls from some unknown people who are blaming him of picturing their sect guru, leading some Dera.
Motor Mittran Di, is releasing on 30th of December, this year. Maan said, he is very keen to product movies with lot of entertainment, fun, but he is always looking for , some good message in a film, so that when people go home they should be happy with entertainment pack, but should also take home some good message in that film.
Unleashing attack on Dera System prevalent in India, he said, he is against this kind system where some fraudsters are pretending to be saint, have developed marvelous big houses, just like places, and very huge income tax returns.
He questioned, if good saints actually need palaces and money to do good for the people of the society. He further said, that our land is land of saints, where many saints were born they preached good things, till date there are good saints but he is pointing black sheep only.
He said they are impacting our society very badly. He said people are not paying attention to their families , don’t work at home, but are ready to sweepers job in these Dera’s.
