Congress has started torn posters campaign

Congress has started torn posters campaign. Congress workers started removing posters of ruling government from Punjab Roadways buses, which they alleged using government machinery to promote their party.

Congress workers alleged , Akali’s have done nothing in the past 9 years, they sent their buses for advertising their policies and achievements to the villages but people rejected that and now they trying to use state roadways buses to promote themselves.

Sukhbir Lakhi, congress youth president alleged that there is huge rush at bus stands at different places in the state, so that is the reason Akali’s have put up posters on buses , so that the pictures of their leader can be shown to the common man.

Badal’s have their own bus company by the name of orbit, they can use it for advertisement but they are using government buses to advertise. Congress party will not allow them to use government property for their personal interests, warned congress youth leader.

On the other hand government has made all security arrangements to protect government property. A heavy police force was deputed on the major bus stations. Police have arrested many congress leaders in this regards. Another congress leader Gurkirat singh Sidhu, alleged that there was no lady police constable to take care of women congress workers which were manhandled and police constables even misbehaved with women workers.
