Police man beating man caught on CCTV Camera

A small restaurant owner in Moga was abused and brutally beaten by the Punjab police SHO. As per the owner of the Dhaba food was ordered by SHO of the police station and when he asked for money , the SHO started beating him without any warning.

On the other side police alleged that the restaurant owner is running illegal liquor business in his Dhaba. Navdeep Singh SHO, said no one beat him , he was arrested and FIR was registered in the same police station for serving and selling liquor without permission.

He said to save himself from police ,he is giving false statement to the media. When media person told him that restaurant owner is having valid license, on this SHO asked him to present the license.

Mr. Papi who is the owner of restaurant narrating the incident , told the media person that, some police constable came to his Dhaba for food to be taken for SHO, the total bill was 800 INR but he demanded just 500 INR.

The constable told him that let me take the food and SHO will pay him. After around 10 minutes as per Papi , the SHO appeared in the scene and after handing over 500 note to the owner , he started beating him up. He was also made to do sit ups and then taken to police station.

Papi further said a false case was registered him and his brother in law in the police station were made to spent whole night in the station without any reason. He demanded strict action against the SHO and cancellation of FIR against him and his brother-in-law.
