Punjab Elections Uncle-nephew to contest against each other from Dera baba nanak

The situation became interesting when grandson of the late chairman of the Punjab Congress and nephew Deepindra Singh Randhawa of the current Congress leader Singh Randhawa Sukjindra announced as a candidate from Dera Baba Nanak Punjab Party by Party convenor Sucha Singh Chhotepur During a meeting organized by the Punjab Party at the military residence of former chairman Amrik Singh.

Punjab Youth Congress leader and in charge of Amritsar Deepindra Singh Randhawa has been sulking because the Congress high command denied ticket from Dera Baba Nanak. And because of this he has sent his resignation .

He got involved in Punjab party by Jathedar Chhotepur in presence of father Inderjit Singh Randhawa and workers . He was declared as the candidate from the constituency.

Chhotepur said that as the regional parties are proving to be heavy on National parties in external states ,just like that the state party will also be proved heavy on parties of Punjab National Level.
