Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson-starrer Singh Is Bliing is all set to enthrall the audience. As if you weren’t waiting for the film already, we list down five reasons why the film is a must watch…

1.Fresh content, please: While it was assumed that Singh Is Bliing will be a sequel to Akshay Kumar’s earlier film, Singh Is Kinng, it is not true. The film isn’t a sequel and hence fresh content can be expected from the film.

The fresh concept will save the film from any preconceived notions. Akshay Kumar playing a turban clad character who has a big heart may be the only similarity!

2. Akshay Kumar’s stunt mania: Akshay Kumar is known for his gravity-defying stunts. However, for Singhh Is Bliing, Akshay has gone out of his way to appease the audience. So much so, that Akshay had spent a few hours with a real lion.

However, for the introductory song, ‘Tung tung baje,’ Akshay had to perform several stunts, one of which required him to jump through a fired up hula-hoop. And despite all the safety precautions, he sustained burns on his leg, reports Mumbai Mirror.

3. Michael Jackson’s action chops: Kriti Sanon was the original choice for the film but after she backed out of the film, Amy Jackson was signed on for the project. A chance visit to Ashwini Yardi’s office had apparently bagged her the role in the film. After making a smashing appearance in Amy is all set to set the screens ablaze with Singh Is Bliing.

4. Prabhu Dheva’s masala magic: Prabhu Dheva’s last film was Action Jackson. His films have become synonymous with entertainment. The actor-turned-director seems to have mastered the formula of churning out blockbusters. A good dose of drama and action coupled with a sprinkling of naach gaana and you have a Prabhu Dheva beauty.

5.Punjabi flavour: The songs of the film seem to be steeped in Punjabi flavour. A lot of gatka, bhangra and gidda groups have been roped in to make the music for the film. It has proved to be a successful ploy because the song, ‘Tung tung baje‘ has garnered the film much publicity.
