CCTV caught live burning of car parked outside in Ferozpur

A car parked out side owners home was burnt by some miscreant in Ferozpur, Punjab. CCTV camera recorded live the whole story, when one person with face covered burnt car using some inflammable substance like petrol or diesel.

Incident took place at Mori gate area of Ferozpur in around midnight. Amazingly car started moving ahead without any ignition or push after some time with full flames burning the car down.

Harpreet Singh who is the owner of the car burnt, told the media persons that somebody called him up at around 1 am in the night and told him that his car is burning in flames. He said when the searched the cctv footage they came to know that around 1:30 am in the morning, a young boy with handkerchief on his face, dosed petrol on the car first and then set it on fire.

Investigating police officer Satpal singh told that as per the available CCTV footage , they have registered case on the complaint of the owner sardar Harpreet singh and are investigating the case , and the reason why that person burnt the car after dosing petrol on it.

CCTV camera’s are playing great role in recording evidence for all sort of crimes these days. Police officer investigating different criminal cases find them very useful in recognizing criminals and investigating scene of crime.
