Police constable caught woman after a long chase : High drama in Ludhiana

A police constable find it hard to catch a woman who ran away from court. Constable chased her for around kilometer or more and was able to get hold of her with the help of woman constable taking care of traffic.

High drama prevailed when woman named Raguvir kaur tried to set her self free from the hold of woman constables. Two woman police constables worked hard to catch the accused. Things went worse when the woman started accusing the constable of attempting to rape her. She accused that there were few other police constables who were trying to molest her.

Woman started accusing the woman constables as well of shielding and helping the head constable. She then lay down on the high traffic road, making things worse and awkward for the police constables.

Real story was told by the police constable , he told the media persons that she was suppose to present in the court under section 751 case, along with other woman from her locality. Court granted bail to her accomplice but she was refused bail. On hearing her refusal she ran from court and was chased by the head constable Balwinder Ram.

Balwinder ram told that this lady Raghvir kaur and another one residing in front of her house Nirmala use to fight over minor issues daily. So both were brought to court under 751 IPC , Raghvir the drama woman and her sister were in court. While her sister was in court with one lady constable, but she ran away.
